Bruce Edward Murray ( Germantown , January 25 1966 ) is a former professional soccer player from the United States , who played as a midfielder and striker. He had 21 hits the top scorer of the American football team when he ended his active career in 1995.

Murray played 86 times for the national team of the United States (1985-1993) and scored 21 times before. He made his debut on June 16 1985 in a friendly match against England (0-5) inLos Angeles . Murray was in that game after a half, to make way for Jacques Ladouceur . He took with Team USA participated in the 1988 Olympics and the 1990 World Cup .
