Emre Can (Frankfurt am Main12 January 1994) is a German footballer with Turkish roots. He currently plays as a defensive midfielder for Bayer 04 Leverkusen.

Emre Can made his debut for Bayern Munich on 12 August 2012 won 2-1 in the DFL-Supercup match against Borussia Dortmund. He was allowed to start the match in the 70th minute and was only replaced by Holger Badstuber. After this he worked In the summer of 2013 Munich for Leverkusen. He signs a contract for four years with Bayer 04 Leverkusen. [1Bayern Munich has the ability to Emre Can each year for a certain amount to buy back.
